Initial Assessment of Cause of Loss
As a first step, we always have an experienced pool contractor make the initial assessment of cause of loss. This is usually the most cost effective and direct method. If necessary, we then make an additional assessment based upon a specialized service, such as provided by a:
- Structural engineer
- Civil engineer
- Leak detection expert
Accurate and Comprehensive Reporting
We can inspect any pool within the continental United States. We will tell you what is actually wrong with the pool, what portion of the problem is your insurance company’s responsibility and how much it will cost to fix the problem.

Our inspectors are very experienced, with most having over 20 years of experience. If our engineers are needed (for example in earthquake-related damage claims), they are all fully licensed and experienced.
We also offer an unconditional satisfaction guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied you will owe us nothing.
