Swimming Pool Leak Detection for Insurance Adjusters

Have a pool leak? Is the first step to call a leak detection service?

Swimming Pool Inspection Services has solved the problem of the insurance adjuster having to decide if a leak detection service, engineer or licensed pool contractor is needed. We provide all of these services so that double and triple fees are not necessary.

Thorough and Cost Effective Swimming Pool Leak Detections

Before Swimming Pool Inspection Services existed, the normal procedure for both the insured and insurance adjuster was to call a leak detection service to locate the leak. This was done with the idea that if you knew where the leak was located, you might be able to assess the cause of the leak and the cost to fix it.

This is not actually cost effective for the insured or the insurance company. Average leak detections usually run between $500 and $1,000, with no conclusions forthcoming. The typical leak detection service can only tell you where the leak is, or if there is in fact a leak. The typical leak detection service cannot explain what caused the leak or how much it will cost to fix it.  However, our swimming pool leak detection service can provide all of this information for you and keep it cost effective.

We Specialize in Swimming Pools

Pools are a specialty in the insurance claim industry, but the information needed varies from case to case. A well-rounded pool inspector knows about: plaster, concrete, soil issues in building a pool, cracks in plaster, cracks in plastic pipes, and faulty equipment. Their job is to assess the problem and determine the solution, or to decide if further expertise is needed.

An engineer is sometimes called upon to determine the cause of the leak, or to express an educated opinion as to why the pool is leaking. Our staff engineers are required to give a conclusion as to the cause of the leak and document why they came to that conclusion.

Let us assist you in resolving your swimming pool leak detection needs.
