Swimming Pool Inspection Services was called out to a Lawrenceville, GA home to inspect an above-ground swimming pool that had partially collapsed. Our inspector performed a thorough inspection of the pool, cover, and surrounding areas and made the following observations:

• The pool appeared to be about 6 years old.
• The wall of the above ground pool had blown out, and there was no water in the pool.
• There was no rust present where the wall split.
• The bolts at the seam where the wall spit were actually broken and the wall was torn.

Analysis of Lawrenceville, GA Pool Inspection

After inspecting the pool, our inspector will analyze his findings, and comment on the state of the pool and what may have caused the damage.

Our inspector commented that usually when a pool splits, it is at the skimmer where water has been leaking and rust has eaten through the metal.
